In the unfortunate event that your coral arrives dead, please send a photo of the coral in its original packaging within 2 hours of signing for the package.

Photos must be clear and not distorted.

This includes if the delivery was delayed a day due to unforeseen circumstances. If a delivery were to take 2 days, you would still need someone available at the shipping address to sign for the delivery the day after the agreed date. Please take this into account when ordering as it will void your DOA if no one is present to sign.

We cannot be held responsible for incorrect addresses.

Once a DOA has been confirmed, a refund for the cost of the coral or store credit will be offered on a different coral. 

Postage fees are non-refundable

Returns will not be accepted.
