$50 Flat Shipping Rate

NOTE: We offer in-state local pickup options in the state of Texas and FREE local pickup in the Houston, Texas area. If you are interested in an in-state local pickup option for your order please reach out to sales@regalcorals.com 

IMPORTANT: No deliveries will be made until contact with you has been made via email and a delivery day has been agreed upon.

All corals will be shipped in a waterproof plastic container or double bagged. They will be placed in an insulated poly box to keep the corals at a stable temperature. If needed, a heat or ice pack will be packed.

Once we have agreed on a day that the corals can be received, they will be sent out a 'guaranteed next day before 1 PM' delivery slot.

Shipments will ONLY be sent on Tuesdays and Wednesdays. At this time we cannot guarantee on time delivery on any other days. With that said, please have to have someone available at the shipping address to sign for delivery.

Please bear in mind that deliveries, although guaranteed for next day, may not arrive next day. This does not happen often but we do package the corals to survive a two day trip if this were to happen. Therefore, someone may need to be at the shipping address the day after the agreed delivery date. 

NOTE: All DOA terms will still apply for a two day delivery.

Unfortunately we currently do not offer Friday or weekend deliveries at this time due to any potential delays in the shipping process which could result in a Monday arrival.
All deliveries must be signed for on the first attempt so please ensure someone is available to receive the delivery.

Failure to accept delivery on the first attempt will void the DOA policy.
